Iraq, Turkey FMs congratulate Iranian counterpart on MoU with US

The foreign ministers of Iraq and Turkey separately congratulated Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on the memorandum of understanding (MoU) reached between Tehran and Washington for a permanent end to the US-Israeli war of aggression against the Islamic Republic.
