Ghalibaf says Israeli strike on Lebanon shows US unwilling or unable to honor commitments

Tehran, IRNA – Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf says that an Israeli air strike on Beirut’s southern suburbs of Dahiyeh demonstrated that the United States either lacked the will or the ability to fulfill its commitments.
