Araghchi says MoU with US is close, will consolidate victory of Iranian people

Tehran, IRNA – Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi says a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between Iran and the United States, which he says is close to being finalized, is the result of two months of negotiations aimed at consolidating the victory the Iranian people had already achieved in the war.
