CONTEXT OVERVIEW Insecurity in southern Syria continues to affect areas across Quneitra Governorate and adjacent areas of Dar’a and Rural Damascus Governorates, covering 11 sub-districts in Dar’a (Ash-Shajara, Jasim, Nawa, Tassil), Quneitra (Al-Khashniyyeh, Fiq, Khan Arnaba, Quneitra), and Rural Damascus (Bait Jan, Qatana, Sa’sa’). These areas face a fragile and volatile security environme
