Iran says Strait of Hormuz open to commercial ships but cooperation needed

Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi says that the Strait of Hormuz remains open to all commercial vessels provided they cooperate with Iranian naval forces, while blaming the United States for imposing an illegal blockade that he said must be lifted to resolve the current situation.
