Kuwait, May 03 (QNA) - Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah has received a written message from his South Korean counterpart, Cho Hyun pertaining to bilateral ties and key regional and international developments.
