Tabriz gathering backs homeland defenders, pledges allegiance to new Leader

A large crowd gathered in Tabriz, the capital city of East Azerbaijan Province in northwestern Iran, on the evening of April 16, 2026, to express their support for the homeland defenders and to pledge their allegiance to the new Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, as well as to the noble values and ideals of the Islamic Revolution.
