Bucha massacre 'part of deliberate campaign to pave a road of destruction to Kyiv'

Top European diplomats are visiting Ukraine to mark the anniversary of atrocities committed in a town near Kyiv by Russia’s invading forces four years ago. Speaking at the commemoration, EU's foreign affairs commissioner said these crimes were 'not isolated' as Russia's invasion of Ukraine continues.
