Macron arrives in Japan on visit dominated by economic consequences of Iran war

French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday arrived in Japan for a visit expected to be dominated by the economic fallout of the Middle East war. France and Japan have said they stand ready to take "all necessary measures" to ensure the stability of global energy markets.
