Iran are now 'calling the shots' over the Strait of Hormuz

US President Donald Trump says Iran has agreed to let 20 ships through the Strait of Hormuz - a sign, according to him, that talks with Tehran are moving forward. But he has also signalled to the US possibly taking over Kharg island, and a regional US military build-up has triggered concern of ground operations.
