Beirut 'holding its breath' as Israel launches strikes across Lebanon

Beirut is a city "holding its breath" as Israel continues its assault on Lebanon, FRANCE 24's Oliva Bizot said, adding that the capital has now become a giant "car park" with displaced people living out of their vehicles, not knowing where to go.
