“I wish we could return to our homes and that the displacement would stop.” Nine-year-old Fatima and other children displaced in Lebanon by the recent war share their dreams and hopes with UNICEF’s @TedChaiban. An average of at least 19,000 girls and boys are now displaced every single day in Lebanon. UNICEF is providing essential services for children on the ground, but what they really need is an end to the violence.
