France rebukes Lavrov, says Russia does not defend international law

France’s foreign minister on Friday accused Russia of flouting international law in both Ukraine and Iran, rebuking remarks by his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov after he defended Moscow’s stance in a French television interview.
