Kuwait, March 25 (QNA) - Kuwait's Foreign Ministry on Wednesday summoned Iranian Ambassador Mohammad Tutunji for the third time since the onset of the Iranian standoff offensive and handed him a protest memorandum over the unrelenting attacks against Kuwait.
