Qatar's Ambassador Conveys Qatar's Condolences to Turkiye for Victims of Helicopter Crash in Territorial Waters Ankara, March 24, 2026 HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Turkiye Faisal bin Abdullah Al Hanzab conveyed the State of Qatar's condolences to Turkiye for the martyrs from the Qatari-Turkish Joint Forces and two civilian collaborators of Turkish nationality, following the crash of a helicopter in Qatari territorial waters due to a technical malfunction while performing a routine duty.
