Kurdistan Region of Iraq President, Dutch Foreign Minister Discuss Regional Military Escalation

Baghdad, March 23 (QNA) - President of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, Nechirvan Barzani, discussed avenues for ceasing the war in the Middle East and fears of the spillover of military escalation into the region in a phone call Monday with Dutch Foreign Minister Tom Berendsen.
