WFP food security monitoring data show that 63 percent of the population of Yemen were unable to meet their minimum food needs in January. WFP continues to expand its new targeted emergency food assistance (TEFA) programme in areas under the internationally recognized Government of Yemen, with 1.1 million people assisted.
