UN Rapporteur Accuses Israel of Systematic Torture of Palestinians

New York, March 21 (QNA) - UN Special Rapporteur on the occupied Palestinian territories, Francesca Albanese, accused Israel of practicing systematic torture against Palestinians on a scale suggesting collective punishment and destructive intent.
