IOM Libya’s Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) programme identified a total of 939,638 migrants across 100 municipalities in November and December 2025. The largest groups were from Sudan, Niger, Egypt, Chad, and Nigeria, with most migrants residing in Tripoli, Benghazi, and Misrata.
